How can you try on products in person?
You can try on or purchase PLIÉ products in person at our showroom, at the address mentioned in the first question. We also organise several Open Days at the PLIÉ showroom, these are communicated in advance on all our social media platforms. Don’t miss out on the latest PLIÉ news:

What sizes of PLIÉ products are available?
We manufacture products in sizes 36-42. You can find the current stock and collection on the website.
How do I know which size to order, or my size?
The size chart on the website will help you identify the size that is right for you. You will find the length of the garments in the a description of each clothing.
What should I do if the size is not right?
If you have a size problem with a product, please contact us at hello@pliecollection.com and we will exchange the size.
What should I do if I no longer need the product I ordered?
We will exchange the product as described in the GTC or refund the product price to the bank account you have emailed us. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product.
What do I do if I can't find a product in stock but I want to order it?
You can always find the available stock in the webshop, but please email us, you may be able to order the desired item.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please let us know by emailing hello@pliecollection.com and we will contact our cooperating delivery service.
How can I have a custom-made garment made to measure?
We are no longer do custom made-to-measure clothing, our products and collections on the website are available while stocks last.
How long will it take to receive my online order?
We aim to register all products with our courier service (DPD) on the day of ordering, who will deliver to your door the next day. Depending on our opening hours, this usually takes 1-3 working days.
For Foxpost orders, we will dispatch the package on the day of the order. The delivery day depends on the load of the selected parcel machine.
